This fixture is from Virden’s Churchill Series. The John C. Virden Company was Canadian-based, at 19 Curity Ave in Toronto. They also had a US presence at 6103 Longfellow Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio.
The fixtures retains its original polychrome and quite spectacular. The overall color is a coppery-bronze accents of deep red. This lovely light has all of its original cast metal parts which are highly detailed and intricate.
The original sockets are professionally rewired with UL listed wiring. Modern mounting hardware included and ready to install. Use standard size bulbs, not included.
Measures 18 inches in across and extends 9 inches from ceiling.
